Terms & Conditions for the Radiance Unleashed Mastermind

Welcome to the Radiance Unleashed Mastermind (“Program”)!

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern your participation in this 12-month Business & Personal Growth Mastermind.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Program includes:

1. Bi-monthly 1.5 hour group Zoom calls
   including areas: Healing Sessions, Branding & Strategy, Accountability & Love Seat Coaching.
2. Access to recordings & Elvira’s Signature ‘VIP Mindset Reset Online’ course.
3. Networking opportunities with caring community
4. Any additional benefits as outlined on the Program page

2. Payment Terms

Fees: The total cost of this Beta Program is $6000 (Price is $9000 in May, 2025), payable either in full for a $1000 discount, or in monthly installments of $500 USD.

Payment Schedule: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. By enrolling, you commit to the entire 12-month Program. Exceptions will be considered in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of evhopper enterprises.

3. Participant Conduct

Confidentiality: You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants. No information shared within the group may be disclosed without express permission.

Participation: Your success depends on your active participation. You are responsible for showing up and engaging with the content provided.

Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespect towards other participants or facilitators will result in immediate removal from the Program without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to course content, videos, templates, and resources, are copyrighted and owned by evhopper enterprises.

You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any Program materials without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

No Guarantees: The Program is designed to provide tools and strategies for growth. However, individual results may vary, and no specific financial, business, or personal outcomes are guaranteed.

Not Therapy: This Program is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice. Participants should seek professional services when necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, evhopper enterprises, its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.

7. Termination

evhopper enterprises reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time due to non-compliance with these terms, including failure to make payments or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
